Quality Analyst - BPO

Job Summary: We are hiring an experienced Quality Analyst for our BPO operations in Mumbai . Salary & Benefits Monthly Take-Home: ₹40,000 – ₹48,000 per month Work Timings: 5.5 Days Working (Saturday Half-day & Sunday Fixed Off) Job Type: Full-time Job Location: 8th Floor, Tower E, Unit No. 2, Times Square Building, Andheri-Kurla Road, Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai Key Responsibilities : Audit voice and chat interactions as per monthly quality targets. Conduct 1-on-1 feedback sessions with agents to improve performance. Perform CSAT/DSAT analysis and ACPT analysis to identify process gaps. Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and lead quality calibration sessions. Maintain quality reports and track error trends on MS Excel. Requirements & Candidate Profile Experience: Minimum 12 Months (1 Year) as a BPO Quality Analyst (Mandatory). Education: Graduate in any stream (Mandatory). Language Proficiency: English (Excellent - Mandatory/Must) Hindi (Fluent - Mandatory/Must) At least 2 Regional Language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam / Marathi) Laptop: Must have a personal laptop.
