If you have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in collections, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve business targets, we’d love to hear from you! 🔹 Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate a team of collection agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Monitor team performance, recovery rates, productivity, and collection efficiency. Track daily calling activities, follow-ups, and case-level progress. Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance improvement support to team members. Ensure adherence to company policies, collection guidelines, and customer-handling standards. Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports and share performance updates with management. Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve collections. Handle escalations and support the team in resolving challenging cases. 🔹 Requirements Prior experience in collections, debt recovery, or financial services. DRA Certified Previous experience managing or supervising a team of collection executives. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
