Salary: ₹15000-₹22000 per month, based on experience

About the role

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to hire for our printing and production business. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. You will hire for design, printing and production roles, as well as sales, admin and support roles.

Key responsibilities

Understand hiring needs from department heads and prepare job descriptions.

Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna and WorkIndia, as well as referrals and local training institutes.

Screen resumes, make screening calls and shortlist suitable candidates.

Schedule and coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidates and managers.

Check design and technical skills with the relevant team (for example, a portfolio review for graphic designers).

Build relationships with Nagpur design and training institutes for campus and walk-in hiring.

Make offers, negotiate salary, and track joining dates.

Complete onboarding formalities and collect documents.

Maintain a candidate database and recruitment tracker.

Report hiring status and time-to-hire to management.

Requirements

Graduate in any stream; MBA or PGDM in HR is a plus.

Experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in manufacturing, printing or a similar industry.

Good communication in Hindi, Marathi and English.

Comfortable using job portals and the MS Office suite (Excel and Word).

Ability to handle several openings at once and meet deadlines.

Able to work from our Wathoda unit.

Preferred

Experience hiring for factory, production or creative roles.

Basic knowledge of labour compliance, such as PF and ESI.

Experience in bulk or walk-in hiring.
