We supply electrical products to industrial and commercial customers. In this role, you will represent our company in your city, introduce our products to businesses and help customers with their purchase requirements.

Your salary and earning opportunity

Fixed salary

₹20,000 per month.

Additional performance-based incentives: Up to ₹25,000 per month.

Total earning potential

Up to ₹45,000 per month, including fixed salary and incentives.

Your fixed salary offers stability, while additional incentives reward your results.

Where you will work

Our current openings are in Coimbatore, Delhi and Raipur, as part of our hiring across India.

This role involves visiting businesses within your assigned area and maintaining regular contact with customers. It suits someone who enjoys meeting people in person and staying active throughout the working day.

Your role with us

You will be a professional and approachable point of contact for customers—someone who listens, provides clear information and follows through on commitments.

Meet businesses and introduce our products

Visit electrical shops, dealers, distributors and potential business customers in your area. Introduce REPL INDIA politely, understand their requirements and explain how our products may suit their needs.

Help customers make informed choices

Share relevant product information and pricing provided by the company. Answer questions clearly and coordinate with our team whenever a customer needs further details.

Follow up with care

Stay in touch with customers who have requested prices or shown interest. Help them take the next step towards placing an order through timely, respectful follow-ups.

Build lasting relationships

Maintain regular contact with existing customers, understand their upcoming requirements and make it easy for them to reach us when they need assistance.

Develop new business relationships

Identify businesses that may benefit from our products. Arrange visits, start conversations and work towards bringing new customers to the company.

Keep simple, organised records

Record your daily visits, customer requirements and follow-up dates. Share clear updates with the team so that enquiries and orders receive timely attention.

What we are looking for

Are comfortable travelling locally for customer visits.

Have a two-wheeler, which is mandatory for this position.
