Job Overview

Avyana Health is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should be patient-focused, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality nursing care while maintaining professional standards (fresher also can apply).

Key Responsibilities

Provide quality nursing care to patients according to their individual needs.

Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health conditions.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.

Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and examinations.

Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.

Educate patients and their families regarding medications, care, and health practices.

Ensure proper infection-control and hygiene practices are followed.

Handle medical equipment safely and responsibly.

Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.

Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient care.

Maintain patient confidentiality and professional ethics.

Requirements

GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification.

Valid nursing registration.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate and patient-friendly attitude.

Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.

Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
