Key Responsibilities

Welcome clients warmly and assist them with appointments and service inquiries.

Manage bookings, appointment schedules, and customer follow-ups.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customers efficiently.

Maintain accurate client, finance, inventory, and staff records.

Support billing, payment collection, and daily sales reporting.

Ensure smooth front-desk operations and a professional customer experience.

Job Location

Ground Floor, Grand Mall, Panvel - Kochi - Kanyakumari Hwy, Toll Junction, Edappally, Kochi, Ernakulam.

Working Hours

Shift 1: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Shift 2: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
