SENIOR HOTEL SALES MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

Generate corporate room bookings and develop corporate tie-ups.

Conduct field visits to corporate offices, companies, travel agencies and event planners.

Generate business for weddings, banquets, conferences, birthday parties and other hotel functions.

Promote restaurant bookings, food packages and swimming pool packages.

Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and local businesses.

Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, negotiations and booking confirmations.

Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a sales pipeline report.

Identify new business opportunities to increase the resort's revenue.

Required Qualifications & Skills

12–15 years of experience in hotel sales and hospitality.

Strong knowledge of corporate hotel bookings and banquet sales.

Experience in wedding, conference and other function bookings.

Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.

Must be comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings.

Strong local market knowledge and business development skills.
