The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, create strategic plans for market growth, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve company goals. The role includes analyzing market trends, managing sales pipelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning skills
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Experience in Market Research and Data Analysis
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Sales Forecasting
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills
- Proven experience in achieving or surpassing sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
- Familiarity with the IT or digital marketing industry is advantageous
