Field Sales Representative

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Field Sales Representative with 2+ years of experience in B2B field sales/direct sales. The candidate should be comfortable with field visits, door-to-door sales, cold calling, client meetings, and independently managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

The role involves identifying businesses with 250+ employees, understanding their requirements, and selling Superworks HRMS, Payroll, HCM, Attendance, and Workforce Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify prospects through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, and LinkedIn.
• Field Sales: Visit businesses and meet HR, Finance, and business decision-makers.
• Sales \& Closure: Conduct product demos, understand client needs, negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close deals independently.
• Client Relationship Management: Build a strong sales pipeline, follow up consistently, and develop long-term customer relationships.
• CRM \& Reporting: Maintain accurate lead records, track opportunities, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Customer Handover: Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Product, and Implementation teams after deal closure.

Core Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, or Direct Sales.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales, field visits, and face-to-face meetings.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented with experience using CRM tools.
• Experience in SaaS, HRMS, Payroll, HCM, or ERP sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS is an added advantage.

Experience

2+ years overall, preferably with 1+ year in HRMS/Payroll/HCM SaaS or ERP sales.
