Role Summary

As a Telecaller Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients seeking immigration and visa services. You will handle incoming and outgoing inquiries, understand candidate requirements, deliver high-quality sales pitches, and guide prospective clients through our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Outreach \& Lead Management: Connect with prospective clients via phone calls and follow up on leads interested in immigration/visa services.
• Persuasive Pitching: Deliver high-quality, engaging service pitches tailored to client requirements and handle initial inquiries with confidence.
• Counseling \& Guidance: Clearly explain visa options, eligibility criteria, and process steps to prospective applicants.
• Relationship Building: Maintain regular communication with leads to build trust, address queries, and drive conversions.
• Record Keeping: Update call logs, lead status, and client feedback accurately in the database/CRM system.

Requirements \& Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Fluent communication skills in both Hindi and English (verbal and written).
• Pitching Skills: Strong ability to deliver compelling sales/counseling pitches that convert leads into clients.
• Adaptability \& Learning Agility: Ability to quickly understand immigration procedures, visa categories, and evolving company processes.
• Interpersonal Skills: Positive attitude, active listening ability, and strong telephone etiquette.
• Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, counseling, or customer support (experience in the immigration or education domain is a plus, but ambitious freshers are welcome).
