Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented DSA Sales Manager – Home Loans to lead and manage the sales team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in home loan sales, DSA channel development, team management, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of DSA sales executives to achieve home loan business targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners, builders, real estate agents, connectors, and other referral sources.

Generate quality home loan leads and drive business growth through the DSA channel.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the DSA network across Kochi and surrounding areas.

Monitor team performance, sales productivity, lead conversion, and monthly disbursement targets.

Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.

Ensure proper documentation, customer service, and compliance with company policies.

Conduct regular team meetings, sales reviews, and market visits to improve productivity.

Prepare sales reports, track the sales pipeline, and implement strategies to achieve business goals.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2 years of team handling experience in sales.

Experience in home loans, LAP, housing finance, banking.

Strong understanding of DSA sales, lead generation, and loan sourcing.

Proven ability to manage sales teams and achieve business targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Must be willing to work in the Kochi location.
