We are looking for a confident and well-spoken candidate to manage dealer communication, sales updates, and after-sales service follow-ups from our office.

Key Responsibilities
Call dealers regularly for sales updates and order status.
Follow up on after-sales service updates and customer feedback.
Maintain daily calling records and prepare reports.
Update dealer information, sales and service records in the CRM.
Coordinate with Sales and Service teams for pending queries.
Maintain dealer databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
Required Skills
Excellent Hindi and English communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations
Reporting and daily record maintenance
CRM software knowledge and data management
Telecalling, follow-up and dealer coordination
Data entry, organization and multitasking skills
Professional calling etiquette and a responsible attitude
Candidates with prior experience in telecalling, customer support, CRM or back-office coordination will be preferred. Freshers with good communication and computer skills can also apply.
