About the Role

We are seeking self-motivated, ambitious go-getters to join our growth team. In this role, you will be on the frontlines of driving outreach, connecting with potential clients, pitching our services, and closing high-value deals.

This is a 100% remote, performance-driven opportunity. There is no cap on what you can earn—your income directly reflects your results, hustle, and closing abilities.

What You Will Do

Identify, research, and reach out to prospective clients and key decision-makers across digital channels (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, cold calls/emails).

Pitch our service offerings and clearly explain the business value to prospects.

Manage the lead cycle from initial outreach to qualification and deal closure.

Maintain clean records of conversations, follow-ups, and pipeline status.

Who We Are Looking For

Strong Communicators: Excellent spoken and written communication skills (Hindi / English); comfortable talking to business founders and executives.

Problem Solvers: You know how to overcome objections and present solutions effectively.

Prior experience in B2B sales, agency outreach, or lead closing is a plus, but motivated freshers with a natural knack for sales are welcome to apply.
