Video and Reels Creator

We’re looking for an ambitious, creative recent graduate who wants to build a career in short-form video production. If you love Instagram, enjoy storytelling, and have an eye for editing, this is an opportunity to turn your creativity into professional work.

You’ll transform raw footage, photos, and ideas into engaging Instagram Reels that capture attention, tell a story, and help grow our brands. Our content includes motorsports, entrepreneurship, team achievements, and behind-the-scenes moments.

What You’ll Do

• Create Instagram Reels from concept to finished video, including ideas, scripts, editing, captions, music, and cover images.
• Turn raw footage into compelling stories with strong opening hooks and clear pacing.
• Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and graphics that enhance the content.
• Suggest fresh content ideas and maintain a consistent production schedule.
• Follow relevant Instagram trends and adapt them to our brands.
• Collaborate with leadership to bring their ideas and experiences to life.
• Review content performance and use what you learn to improve future videos.
• Organize footage, project files, and finished content.

Who We’re Looking For

• A recent graduate from any discipline with a strong interest in video creation. Degrees in media, communications, design, or filmmaking are welcome but not required.
• A creative thinker who brings original ideas and takes initiative.
• Basic proficiency in at least one editing tool, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or a comparable application.
• An eye for storytelling, music, visual detail, and timing.
• Good communication skills and the ability to create accurate English subtitles.
• Someone who welcomes feedback, meets deadlines, and takes pride in finishing work well.

Professional experience isn’t required. Show us your potential through college projects, personal Reels, freelance work, or videos you’ve made for fun.
