Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, clear-spoken, and confident Outbound Callers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients/customers, explaining key product/service details, and maintaining positive customer relations.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls daily to potential and existing customers using provided lead lists.

Introduce product/service offerings clearly and effectively to generate customer interest.

Answer basic customer questions, handle routine objections, and follow up on leads.

Maintain accurate records of call status, customer details, and feedback in standard logs or CRM system.

Achieve daily/weekly calling targets while maintaining high communication standards.

Requirements & Skills

Educational Qualification

12th Pass (HSC / High School) minimum.

Language Proficiency

Fluent Hindi (Mandatory - must be articulate and clear)

Basic English (Ability to read system details, type simple notes, and understand routine templates)

Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.
