Inspection \& Quality Control

• Conduct regular hourly and daily inspections of public spaces, including the lobby, elevators, hallways, public restrooms, restaurants, and function/banquet.
• Ensure strict adherence to brand hygiene and sanitization standards.

Team Leadership \& Operations

• Supervise, train, and evaluate public area attendants and housemen.
• Conduct daily shift briefings to assign tasks, special event setups, and deep-cleaning schedules.
• Manage staff attendance, shift coverage, and performance reviews.
• Assist with banquet and event area setups and teardowns before and after functions.

Inventory \& Maintenance Coordination

• Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment, preventing wastage.
• Ensure proper storage, dilution, and usage compliance for industrial cleaning chemicals.
• Log maintenance defects (broken fixtures, lighting issues, plumbing leaks) and issue work orders to the Engineering/Maintenance department.
• Coordinate pest control and specialized floor care

Guest Relations \& Administration

• Handle guest feedback or complaints regarding public area cleanliness promptly and professionally.
• Manage lost-and-found items found in public spaces according to hotel policy.
• Maintain daily inspection logs, attendance records, and inventory sheets.

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
