About the Role

• We are looking for a proactive, organised and business-oriented professional to work closely with the Founder.
• This is a high ownership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, speaking with people, building processes and taking ideas from discussion to execution. You will support business growth, home chef onboarding, customer and partner coordination, sales initiatives, operations and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Founder on business growth, partnerships, strategy and day to day execution.
• Support onboarding and relationship management of home chefs, customers, corporate clients and business partners.
• Handle business leads, follow ups, calls, emails, WhatsApp communication and online meetings professionally.
• Support customer acquisition, local outreach, community partnerships, corporate tie ups and business development activities.
• Track leads, chef onboarding progress, customer feedback, meetings, follow ups and important business activities.
• Assist in improving processes for food ordering, chef onboarding, delivery coordination, customer support, settlements and complaint handling.
• Conduct market research on food delivery, home chef platforms, pricing, customer preferences, competitors and growth opportunities.
• Prepare presentations, MIS reports, trackers, business updates and management reports.
• Coordinate with technology, operations, marketing, delivery and external partners to ensure timely execution.
• Handle confidential business information and Founder level assignments professionally.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, consulting, client management, operations, startup roles or a related field.
• Candidates based in Gurgaon are preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable communicating in Hindi and English with customers, home chefs and partners.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, coordination and follow up skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets and other business tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and take ownership in a remote startup environment.

Pay

₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
