Job Overview

OPPO Mobile India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a friendly and professional Front Desk Executive for its Guna, OPPO Service Center. This role requires an individual who can create a positive first impression, assist customers efficiently, and ensure smooth front-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers visiting the service center and provide prompt assistance.
• Create service requests, generate job cards, and manage customer registrations.
• Respond to phone calls and address customer queries in a courteous manner.
• Explain service procedures, warranty information, and expected repair completion timelines.
• Coordinate with service engineers and technicians to provide customers with service updates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and daily service activities.
• Keep the reception and waiting area clean, organized, and customer-friendly.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in front office, reception, or customer support is desirable.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel and Word) and computer operations.
• Well-groomed personality with a courteous and professional attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently or with a team.

Pay
