We are looking for a confident and responsible Student Relationship Manager who can build strong relationships with students, understand their academic requirements, and guide them throughout their academic journey. Roles & ResponsibilitiesConnect with existing and prospective students through calls, messages, emails, and meetings. Understand students’ academic requirements, challenges, and career goals. Provide guidance and regular follow-ups regarding assignments, courses, deadlines, and academic progress. Resolve student queries professionally and ensure timely support. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth academic assistance. Maintain proper student records and communication updates. Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication. Ability to multitask, follow up regularly, and build positive relationships with students. Freshers are welcome to apply.
