Security field officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and alert Security Field Officer to monitor security operations, conduct field visits, ensure compliance with security protocols, and maintain discipline and safety at assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular field visits and inspections at assigned sites.

Monitor Labour and ensure proper deployment and attendance.

Ensure compliance with security procedures and company policies.

Prepare daily reports on site visits, incidents, and activities.

Handle Cleaning -related issues and escalate incidents to the concerned team.

Coordinate with site supervisors and management.

Ensure proper uniform, grooming, and discipline among staff.

Be available to work in rotational shifts as per operational requirements.

Requirements

2–5 years of relevant experience in security operations or field supervision.

Must have a personal two-wheeler (bike) for field visits.

Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.

Good communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage security personnel and handle field-level issues.

Valid driving licence and knowledge of local routes preferred.
