Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Tool Room \& Die making using press machine with more than 10 years of experience in sheet metal tooling, die design, tool development, and maintenance for manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain sheet metal dies, tools, jigs, and fixtures.
• Handle press tools, progressive dies, compound dies, and stamping tools.
• Troubleshoot die-related issues and ensure smooth production operations.
• Perform die setting, repair, maintenance, and modifications.
• Identify and resolve tooling defects to improve product quality and productivity.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and adherence to engineering specifications.
• Minimize tool downtime and optimize tooling performance.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Tool \& Die Making using press machine.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in sheet metal tooling and die engineering.
• Wire-cut EDM Machine Programing and Operation.
• Tool room Activities and Maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of die design, tool room operations, press tools, and sheet metal forming.
• Experience in tool development, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and die modifications.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and team coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate: An experienced professional from a sheet metal manufacturing or automotive component industry who can independently manage tool room and die-related activities.

Pay

₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
