Sales Incharge (Office Job - Calling)

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and other sales strategies.

Qualification

Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, budget constraints, and decision-making processes.

Consultative Selling

Educate prospects on solar energy benefits, products, and financing options to help them make informed decisions.

Sales Closure

Close sales and achieve monthly targets by effectively handling objections and negotiating terms.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure satisfaction and maximize referral opportunities.

Documentation

Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts.

• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with sales team members, project managers, and installation teams to ensure seamless customer handoff and project execution.
