Customer Support Executive

Position: Customer Support Executive – Online Train Ticket Booking
Location: Kacheripady, Kochi, Ernakulam
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Gender: Male & Female Candidates

Job Responsibilities

Assist customers with online train ticket booking and related queries.

Provide accurate information about ticket availability, booking procedures, and cancellations.

Handle customer inquiries through calls and provide timely support.

Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.

Good English communication skills are required.

Male and female candidates aged 20–35 years can apply.
