Field Sales Executive

About the Company

We are Metaltech Motors Pvt. Ltd., a leading commercial vehicle dealership group handling premium truck and bus sales. We are expanding our team and looking for young, energetic, and motivated freshers to join our frontline field sales operations in Delhi NCR and Gurgaon.

Role Overview

If you are a fresher, passionate about field sales, love traveling, and want to build a career in the automobile sector, this job is for you! No prior experience is needed. We will provide complete training on how to pitch and sell trucks and buses.

Key Responsibilities

• Do extensive field visits and cold-calling to meet transport companies, fleet operators, and local businesses.
• Generate new leads and collect contact details of potential customers.
• Explain vehicle features, pricing, and benefits to customers (Training will be provided).
• Coordinate with senior sales managers to close deals and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Maintain daily field visit reports and submit them to the team leader.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 12th Pass, Diploma, or any Graduate (Any stream) can apply.
• Experience: Freshers are highly welcome! (0-1 year of sales interest preferred).
• Mandatory Requirement: Must own a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License.
• Competencies: Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR/Gurgaon.
