Job Opening: Interior Architect / Interior Design Trainer (Female) Company: LEC Institute – Learn & Edify Civil Institute Location: Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad Job Type: Full-time Experience: Experienced candidates only Job DescriptionLEC Institute is looking for an experienced and creative Interior Architect / Interior Design Trainer who can handle interior design projects and teach interior design software and practical concepts to students. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent design skills, and the ability to deliver practical, industry-oriented training. Roles & ResponsibilitiesTeach interior design classes and provide practical training to interior design students. Train students in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, and other rendering software. Prepare interior layouts, furniture layouts, space planning drawings, and detailed 2D plans. Create 3D interior models, realistic renders, walkthroughs, and presentations. Prepare working drawings, elevations, sections, false ceiling plans, and electrical layouts. Teach interior design concepts, materials, textures, lighting, color schemes, and furniture planning. Guide students through practical assignments, live projects, and portfolio preparation. Work on residential and commercial interior design projects. Explain industry-standard workflows, rendering techniques, and presentation methods. Evaluate student assignments and monitor their learning progress. Stay updated with the latest interior design software, tools, and industry trends. Skills & RequirementsFemale candidates with relevant professional experience only. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp , including advanced modelling techniques. Good knowledge of 3ds Max for advanced 3D modelling and visualization. Proficiency in V-Ray, Enscape , and other rendering and visualization software. Knowledge of rendering tools such as Lumion, D5 Render, and Twinmotion is an added advantage. Strong understanding of interior planning, furniture layouts, materials, lighting, textures, and detailing. Ability to teach software tools and practical interior design concepts clearly. Experience in handling interior design projects and guiding students. Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills. Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a professional attitude.
