Role Overview We are seeking a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Senior Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, advanced editing techniques, and digital content creation. You will be responsible for producing engaging educational videos, promotional campaigns, social media content, faculty-led lectures, student testimonials, and brand videos that strengthen FinTram Global's digital presence. Key ResponsibilitiesEdit and produce high-quality educational videos, promotional films, YouTube content, Instagram Reels, and digital advertisements. Transform raw footage into engaging visual stories with strong pacing, transitions, and narrative flow. Handle colour correction, colour grading, audio enhancement, sound design, subtitles, and visual effects. Create motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, and branded visual elements. Optimise videos for different platforms, audiences, and aspect ratios. Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and production teams to execute creative briefs. Manage multiple projects, revisions, and deadlines while maintaining high production standards. Maintain organised project files, footage libraries, and post-production workflows. Stay updated on emerging editing techniques, AI-powered tools, and digital content trends. Mentor junior editors and contribute to improving creative workflows where required. Skills & Qualifications 5–7 years of professional video editing experience. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics. Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Audition, Photoshop, or similar creative tools. Strong understanding of storytelling, sound design, colour grading, typography, and visual composition. Experience editing both short-form and long-form content. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills. A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing previous work. Preferred: Experience in education, e-learning, finance, digital marketing, or corporate video production.
