Store Manager

Job Description

ROMS N RAKS is looking for a responsible and pet-loving Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the sales team, achieve sales targets, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations and staff.

Drive sales of pet food, accessories, grooming products, and other pet care essentials.

Guide customers in choosing suitable products for their pets.

Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and product expiry dates.

Ensure proper billing, store hygiene, and product displays.

Track sales performance and prepare reports for management.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in retail or store management.

Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.

Genuine interest in pets and pet care.

Knowledge of pet products is an added advantage.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Ideal Candidate: A customer-focused leader with a passion for pets and the ability to manage a store efficiently while achieving sales targets.
