Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and technically sound Technical Trainer specializing in Java Programming and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA). The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, good communication skills, and an interest in teaching and mentoring students to build their coding and problem-solving abilities.

Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions on Java programming and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).

Explain programming concepts using practical examples and hands-on coding exercises.

Help students understand programming fundamentals, logical thinking, and problem-solving techniques.

Design and conduct coding assignments, practice sessions, and technical assessments.

Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Support students in improving their coding skills and preparing for technical interviews.

Maintain an engaging and interactive learning environment.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Java programming.

Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.

Knowledge of basic programming concepts, object-oriented programming (OOP), and problem-solving.

Good verbal communication and presentation skills.

Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and structured manner.

Passion for teaching, mentoring, and working with students.

Educational Qualifications

B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

M.Tech / M.E. in Computer Science or Information Technology.

MCA graduates are eligible to apply.

Fresh graduates with strong Java and DSA knowledge are welcome.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience.

Freshers with strong programming fundamentals and an interest in teaching.

Candidates available to join immediately.

Candidates based in Bhopal or nearby locations will be preferred.
