Project Manager – IT Infrastructure & Security SystemsKey Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of IT infrastructure, networking, surveillance, access control, and security system projects.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery within budget and quality standards.

Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, resources, risks, and project documentation.

Lead installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support activities for CCTV, Access Control, Biometric Attendance, Video Conferencing, and Security Management Systems.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and business continuity.

Conduct site surveys, project reviews, progress tracking, and reporting to senior management.

Support business development activities by identifying opportunities, preparing project proposals, and coordinating with sales teams.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project specifications.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for software platforms such as Milestone, Indigo Vision, Spectra, IDCube, eSSL, TimeWatch, Mantra, and Video Conferencing Systems.

Required Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Engineering or related discipline.

8+ years of experience in Project Management, Technical Operations, IT Infrastructure, Security Systems, or Facility Management projects.

Strong understanding of Networking, CCTV Systems, Access Control, Biometric Systems, and IT Solutions.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project reporting.

Excellent communication, team management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
