Job Description: Customer Support Associate (CSA) Process: Inbound & Outbound Operations Location: On-site, Bhopal Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Rotational shifts (24/7 operations) Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries, complaints and service-related issues. Make outbound calls for order updates, pending follow-ups and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems. Achieve performance targets for quality, productivity and resolution. Follow shift schedules, break timings and operational guidelines. Eligibility & Skills: Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Good English communication and listening skills. Basic computer knowledge and customer-handling skills. Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays. Salary: ₹15,000 + ₹2,000 incentive per month (up to ₹17,000).
