Counsel students regarding higher education and overseas study opportunities . Understand students’ academic background, interests, career goals, and financial preferences. Recommend suitable courses, universities, countries, and programs based on student requirements. Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings . Follow up with prospective students and convert qualified leads into applications. Explain admission requirements, eligibility criteria, tuition fees, scholarships, and application procedures. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and application status. Coordinate with the admissions and visa-processing teams for smooth application processing. Maintain regular communication with students and parents throughout the counselling journey. Achieve assigned monthly counselling and conversion targets . Stay updated with university programs, admission requirements, intakes, and study-abroad trends. Participate in seminars, education fairs, school/college visits, and student counselling sessions when required. Ensure a professional and ethical approach while providing guidance to students.
