Job Description: Logistics Executive – FMCG Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month Experience: Minimum 2 years Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Location: Open to candidates willing to relocate Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end logistics operations for our FMCG business across D2C, B2B, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce channels. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in logistics coordination, Porter bookings, shipment tracking, inventory movement, and advanced Excel. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end logistics operations for FMCG products across D2C, B2B, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce channels. Handle daily Porter bookings for local transportation and deliveries. Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, delivery partners, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers. Manage order dispatches, shipment tracking, delivery schedules, and proof of delivery. Ensure timely deliveries, optimize transportation costs, and minimize delays. Coordinate with warehouse, sales, operations, and customer support teams. Monitor order fulfillment, returns, RTO, and delivery-related issues. Maintain accurate logistics records, invoices, delivery reports, and shipment documentation. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics MIS reports using Advanced Excel . Track logistics expenses, analyze delivery performance, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Ensure smooth coordination for marketplace orders and Quick Commerce platforms. Resolve transportation and shipment discrepancies promptly. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations , preferably in FMCG. Hands-on experience in D2C, B2B, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce logistics. Practical knowledge of Porter bookings and last-mile delivery operations. Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel , including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and MIS reporting. Good coordination, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities efficiently. Willingness to relocate to the job location. Immediate joiners preferred.
