About the Role Refinas India is looking for a passionate and friendly Kickboxing Coach to join our team in Gurgaon. You will be responsible for coaching members, especially beginners, and creating a fun, safe and motivating training environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct kickboxing and fitness training sessions for members Teach basic boxing and kickboxing techniques clearly and safely Work with beginners and members of different fitness levels Motivate and support members during their training Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the gym Assist with daily gym operations when required Maintain a clean and safe training environment Requirements Previous coaching or training experience is preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic English communication skills Friendly, energetic and positive personality Passion for fitness and martial arts Willingness to learn and develop as a coach What We Offer Full-time position Salary starting from ₹22,000/month , depending on experience and English communication skills Training and support to develop your coaching skills Opportunity to work with an international-style kickboxing gym Friendly and professional working environment Location: Gurgaon, Haryana If you are passionate about martial arts and enjoy helping people become fitter and more confident, we would love to hear from you.
