Housekeeping Manager

Job Description – Deep Cleaning Incharge Location: Mansrovar, Jaipur Key Responsibilities Site Management: Supervise kitchen, bathroom, floor, and other deep-cleaning activities at customer sites. Team Handling: Allocate duties, manage cleaning staff, and ensure discipline and productivity. Scheduling: Prepare daily cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned jobs. Chemical Knowledge: Understand cleaning chemicals, dilution ratios, equipment, and their safe usage. Quality Control: Inspect completed work and ensure company quality standards and customer satisfaction. Customer Coordination: Coordinate with customers regarding requirements, site conditions, and service completion. Equipment Management: Ensure proper use, maintenance, and availability of cleaning machines, tools, and materials. Safety & Hygiene: Ensure staff follow safety procedures, wear uniforms, and use appropriate PPE. Reporting: Maintain daily attendance, job completion reports, material usage, and team performance records. Problem Solving: Handle on-site issues, customer complaints, and operational challenges promptly. Required Skills Experience in deep cleaning, housekeeping, or facility management. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, machines, and techniques. Strong team management and communication skills. Ability to travel to customer sites and manage multiple jobs. Responsible, punctual, and quality-focused. Preferred Experience 1–3 years in deep cleaning, housekeeping, or a similar supervisory role.
