Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities Make B2B outbound and handle inbound calls to prospective insurance agent(POSP)and customers. Explain health and Life insurance products in a simple and clear manner Understand customer/insurance agent (POSP) requirements (family size, age, medical needs, etc.) Suggest suitable insurance plans based on customer profile Generate leads and convert them into sales Handle customer /POSP) objections and queries effectively Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer data Achieve daily and monthly sales targets EligibilityCriteria Minimum Qualification: 12thPass Graduate (Male or Female) Experience: Preferred in health/Life, Loans, CC and graduate Freshers are welcome. insurance / tele sales Required Skills Communication & Listening Skills 📞 Clear and confident communication (Hindi, Marathi + English) Ability to explain policies and insurance App in simple language Strong listening skills to understand customer and POSP / Insurance agent needs Job Details Job Location: Thane w and Andheri -e Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30PM Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (In-hand) Fresher Graduates- up to 20K
