Your primary focus is to call these active leads, book site visits, and close the deals. Key Responsibilities: Call the verified customer leads provided daily by the company. Convince interested clients to schedule and attend site visits. Handle price negotiations and close the plot booking. Requirements: Must speak fluent, persuasive Tamil . 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate, Telecalling, Insurance, or Sales. Strong communication and closing skills. Salary & Benefits: Fixed Base Salary + Attractive Percentage Commissions on the value of each closed plot deal (exact commission structure will be discussed during the interview). Continuous supply of active, premium leads. Uncapped earning potential—the more deals you finish, the more you earn.
