Company: OnePlus Location: Noida CTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, feedback, and customer support. Address customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions. Maintain accurate customer interaction records. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution. Adhere to company policies and quality standards. Eligibility Criteria Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience is mandatory. Freshers are not eligible. Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Basic computer knowledge and calling skills. Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving abilities.
