Retail Sales Associate The Assistant Store Sales Executive supports the day-to-day retail operations by assisting customers, maintaining attractive product displays, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized shopping environment. The role contributes to achieving store sales targets by providing excellent customer service and supporting efficient store operations. Support the Store Sales Executive in achieving daily and monthly sales targets. Keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing , and ensuring shelves are fully stocked at all times. Assisting with physical stock counts, receiving new shipments, monitoring inventory levels, and reporting discrepancies. Ensure products are correctly tagged, folded, and displayed according to company guidelines. Assist with receiving new stock and verifying deliveries against purchase documents. Support physical stock counts and periodic inventory audits. Monitor inventory levels and inform the Store Manager of low-stock items. Report damaged, defective, or missing merchandise promptly. Assist in stock replenishment, stock transfers, and inventory organization. Assist in opening and closing store activities. Maintain cleanliness in customer areas, fitting rooms, stockrooms, and cashier counters.
