Job Title: Field Sales Manager Job Location: North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas, Kolkata, Howrah & Medinipur, West Bengal Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month (Negotiable, based on experience) Travel Allowance (TA): ₹3 per kilometre Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives Employment Type: Full-Time looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Field Sales Managers to expand our business network and increase sales of domestic, commercial, and industrial water treatment products. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, dealer development, customer relationship management, and market expansion. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, plumbers, and business partners. Visit existing dealers regularly to generate repeat orders and increase sales Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors in the assigned territory. Visit schools, colleges, hospitals, commercial establishments, and industrial customers to generate business opportunities. Promote NUPower products, including RO water purifiers, Iron Guard systems, water softeners, FRP vessels, and other water treatment solutions., Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Conduct regular market visit Collect market feedback and provide information about competitor activities. Maintain daily field visit reports, customer details, sales records, and payment follow-ups. Coordinate with the back-office team for order processing, product dispatch, and customer support. Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from dealers and customers. Participate in dealer meetings, plumber meets, and promotional activities .
