Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through international chat support channels.

Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.

Communicate professionally with international customers in written English.

Assist customers with US technology and retail-related queries.

Maintain customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 6 months of experience in international chat or voice support.

Graduate or undergraduate candidates may apply.

Strong written English and communication skills.

Ability to work in rotational shifts.
