Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day store operations with complete ownership.

Maintain accurate records of stock inward and outward.

Manage inventory and ensure stock accuracy.

Perform purchase entries in the ERP system and managing reports using advance Excel.

Verify inward materials and maintain proper documentation.

Handle material dispatch and coordinate with internal teams.

Prepare daily reports and update the reporting manager.

Conduct regular stock verification and inventory reconciliation.

Required Skills

Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUM, SUMIF, Conditional Formatting)

ERP knowledge

Inventory Management

Material Verification & Dispatch Handling

Strong analytical and organizational skills
