Urgent Hiring – Domestic Voice Process | Malad | Day Shift
- Location
- Malad, Mumbai
We are hiring for multiple vacancies across 3 Outbound Processes and 1 Inbound Process.
Outbound Voice Process
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field (Mandatory)
- Qualification: HSC / Graduates
- Salary: Up to ₹34,000 In-Hand | ₹41,000 CTC
- Salary Hike: 30% on last drawn salary
- Shift: Fixed Day Shift – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Week Off: Fixed Sunday
- Communication: Excellent English required
Inbound Voice Process
- Role: Customer Service Associate (CSA)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of BPO experience (Mandatory)
- Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
- Salary: Up to ₹34,000 In-Hand | ₹41,000 CTC
- Salary Hike: 30% on last drawn salary
- Shift: Rotational shifts between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM (9-hour shift)
- Week Off: 2 Rotational Week-Offs
- Communication: Excellent English required
