Job Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and order updates.

Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.

Coordinate with warehouse, transport, courier, and operations teams.

Resolve customer complaints related to delayed deliveries, damaged goods, and missing shipments.

Prepare and maintain shipment records, delivery reports, and customer service documents.

Follow up on pending deliveries, returns, and proof of delivery (POD).

Coordinate with vendors and transporters to ensure timely delivery.

Update shipment information in ERP, CRM, or logistics management systems.

Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Ensure customer satisfaction and follow company service-level agreements (SLAs).

Pay: ₹9,900.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
