Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and technically inclined candidates for the position of Junior Software Engineer.

The role involves software development, coding, debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and working with technologies such as JavaScript, .NET, C#, and Node.js.

Candidates should have a strong willingness to learn, good problem-solving abilities, and an interest in working on ERP/CRM and enterprise application development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications using JavaScript, .NET, C#, and Node.js

Support coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting activities

Understand business requirements and convert them into technical logic

Collaborate with senior developers, trainers, and functional consultants

Support ERP/CRM modules during implementation and post-training activities

Participate in software testing, troubleshooting, and documentation

Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and development practices

Salary Structure

First 3 Months: ₹12,500 Gross per month

Next 9 Months: ₹21,100 Gross per month

Employment Commitment

Candidates are required to agree to a 2.8-year written commitment as per the company’s fresher policy.
