Job Summary

We are looking for a courteous, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals efficiently, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests while maintaining high standards of hygiene and service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables when required.

Present menus, explain menu items, and recommend food and beverages.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.

Serve food and drinks promptly while following service standards.

Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving minor complaints professionally.

Set up, clear, and reset tables before and after service.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and service stations.

Coordinate with kitchen staff, housekeeping, and other service team members.

Process bills and payments accurately, where required.

Follow restaurant policies, food safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum qualification

10th or 12th pass preferred.

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment is preferred; freshers may also apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong teamwork and customer-service skills.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.

Professional grooming, personal hygiene, and punctuality.

Working Conditions
