(ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES)

■ Monitor live CCTV/video surveillance feeds

■ Identify and report suspicious or unusual activities

■ Handle inbound and outbound monitoring calls from US clients

■ Maintain incident logs and prepare detailed reports

■ Coordinate with internal teams and clients

■ Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards

(KEY SKILLS)

■ Video Monitoring

■ CCTV Surveillance

■ Voice Process / Blended Process

■ Incident Reporting

■ Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)

(ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA)

■ Minimum 6 months of experience in a US Voice BPO or a similar role

■ Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply

■ Undergraduate / Graduate both are eligible

■ Strong verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
