Key Responsibilities1. Housekeeping & Maintenance
- Office Cleanliness
- Ensure daily sweeping, mopping, and dusting of floors, work desks, meeting rooms, cabins, and reception areas.
Restroom Maintenance: Regularly clean, sanitize, and maintain office restrooms, ensuring an adequate supply of hand soap, tissues, and fresheners.
- Waste Management
- Empty dustbins regularly and maintain proper disposal protocols across all office areas.
Asset Care: Handle office cleaning equipment and supplies with care, reporting any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
Pantry Operations & Hospitality
Beverage Service: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff, management, and office guests/clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Pantry Upkeep
- Keep the pantry area clean, organized, and hygienic, including washing cups, glasses, plates, and kitchen utensils.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of pantry items (tea leaves, coffee, sugar, milk, snacks, cleaning supplies, etc.) and inform the administration when restocking is required.
