Key Responsibilities

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.

Post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.

Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

Help ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR management.

Freshers and candidates pursuing or holding a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
