Earth Sky Buildcon is a construction and building solutions company involved in residential construction, farmhouses, villas, and related construction services. We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to support our sales and marketing activities.

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads for construction projects, farmhouses, villas, and residential buildings.

Handle incoming enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, websites, and other marketing channels.

Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.

Explain the company's construction services and arrange meetings or site visits for interested clients.

Maintain daily call records, lead details, and follow-up reports in Excel or CRM software.

Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings, quotations, and project enquiries.

Maintain a professional and polite approach while communicating with clients.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

12th pass, graduate, or diploma holder.

Freshers are welcome; candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with a construction company, architecture firm, interior design firm, or architectural institute.

Candidates with knowledge of construction services, architecture, interior design, or real estate will be preferred.

Good communication skills in Hindi are essential; basic English communication is an advantage.

Basic computer knowledge, WhatsApp handling, and MS Excel skills are desirable.

Must be confident, organized, and comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly salary

₹15,000 – ₹23,000, depending on skills and experience.

Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.

Incentives may be offered based on lead generation and performance, subject to company policy.
