Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our growing team. This is a 100% Work From Home opportunity, with preference given to candidates residing in Delhi NCR.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.

Provide accurate information about company services, pricing, quotations, and bookings.

Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

Follow up with customers regarding service requests, appointments, pending quotations, and feedback.

Coordinate with internal teams, technicians, and service providers to ensure timely service delivery.

Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update information in the CRM system.

Manage incoming leads, follow-ups, and booking confirmations.

Achieve daily performance targets while maintaining customer service quality standards.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems.

Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple customer conversations professionally.

Customer-focused attitude with patience and professionalism.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.

Must have a laptop/desktop and a stable internet connection for remote work.
